Winter Solstice Fire Tribe Gathering Early Village BuildersMonday, Dec. 15 to Wednesday, Dec. 17Thank you for your interest in joining us a day early to prepare the foundations of the festival as an Early Village Builder! You are invited to join us on Monday, December 15 to unpack and set up your personal space. We'll gather for dinner (you can either join the meal plan that starts with the dinner meal, or bring your own food), and then get a good night's sleep. On Wednesday, we'll awaken rested and ready to set up work during the cool morning hours. We'll take a long lunch break (and a dip in the pool!) during the mid-day heat — and then finish up in the cooler afternoon. Accommodations for EVB is only $3, regardless of whether you're tent camping, or staying in a bunk house or premium room during the Gathering. The venue has extended this special rate on the understanding that all Early Village Builders will be actively engaged in the work of setting up the Gathering's installations. The venue will charge all of us the full accommodation rate if this condition isn't met, so please register for EVB only if you are committed to work. An optional vegetarian meal plan is available for $20, which includes dinner on Tuesday, and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday. Please note that since the venue will be cooking for smaller numbers during EVB, the meal plan will be vegetarian only. EVB participants will sign the waiver once they arrive on site. The cancellation policy for EVB is the same as for the Fire Tribe Gathering. Registering for EVBYou may register to be an Early Village Builder at the same time that you register for the Gathering.
